Freedom of speech  is always difficult to protect when miscreants of all stripes hide behind freedom as license to do/say  anything they please. This recent ruling reminds us that, unfortunately, “legal” does not necessarily mean moral, right or good. Is it any wonder that the Left and America’s enemies in general consciously thrive on getting their agenda into litigation?
