UPDATE 9/7/26: A fundamental primer on our Founding: 1) a Declaration promising Liberty and 2) a Constitution protecting that Liberty. Restating the obvious: like everything of value, freedom is a rare commodity in this world that is doomed to extinction unless constantly defended.
UPDATE 9/5/26: Oh, that boorish Philistine Trump, taking a wrecking ball to The People’s House…except his bold, healthy vision is just the latest in a centuries-long, sensible tradition of keeping the most famous American residence livable.
Whatever he’s for, they’re against, especially when he is advocating controlled immigration, securing voting procedures, destroying the Iranian nuclear threat or beautifying/upgrading our nation’s capital and preserving its historic monuments and buildings. That includes the Kennedy Center which just reported a collapsed hallway ceiling. And of course, the White House which, unknown to many, had to be entirely vacated during the Truman administration when the leg of First Daughter Margaret’s piano went through an upstairs floor, revealing such widespread rot throughout the residence that the First Family was moved to Blair House while the entire building was gutted and rebuilt.

If there is such an instrument to measure it, note off-the-chart TDS readings, directly proportional to the invincible entertainment talents of this outrageous character.

UPDATE 9/8/26: In a society presumably underpinned by just laws and a shared agreement about good vs. evil, how can Lindsay Clancy’s premeditated, methodical murder of her 3 children not go severely punished whatever the popular excuse (toxic medication, severe depression)? The choice should be capital punishment or life imprisonment, either in jail or a mental hospital. Where is the outrage and sympathy for the murder victims in this whole drama? Don’t the rights of the three innocents murdered outweigh those of the person who robbed them of ALL their rights? In now-predictable Leftist fashion, the feminists have made it all about the murderer, not her victims.
Compounding the horror of one sick woman’s crime, there is the viral explosion of crazed women posting videos, praising/glorifying this matricidal monster, sending money, staging protests and carrying out copycat behavior on YouTube & TikTok, terrorizing/endangering their own children. True madness.
And now we’re treated to the bizarre spectacle of just what kind of lunatics were drawn from the Deep Blue Massachusetts jury pool. After umpteen news cycles, the money quote remains the one woman’s outrage over the “rogue” juror being stuck on “the fact Lindsay viciously killed her children.” Imagine.

UPDATE 9/6/26: One can hardly keep up with the shameless gaslighting and bold lies that have taken root as truth in our so-called “advanced,” “sophisticated” worldwide culture. Paramount among those lies posing as truth is the “climate crisis,” once declared by the most prominent voices of the Left as THE urgent issue facing all of mankind, above terrorism, above the spread of totalitarian ideology, above EVERYTHING. Odd how this gigantic fable is suddenly no longer so urgent to the Progressive propagandists, now busy replacing that “emergency” with whatever it takes to corrupt the electoral process: banish the electoral college; augment the Supreme court and pack it with radical Leftists; throw in a couple new blue states to attain permanent majority status in both houses of Congress…Whatever accomplishes a permanent electoral majority for the Democrat Party, banishing any opposition to obsolescence.
The Big Lie of “climate crisis” is not just that it’s unworkable (like all Leftist schemes); it’s useless (or worse). It has never offered ANYTHING of benefit to humanity as claimed by its devious proponents.

UPDATE 9/9/26: If there is one lesson to be learned from 9/11 and the 25 years since, it is that that that day was just the opening salvo in a previously undeclared war waged on us by an enemy that has nothing more or less in mind than the total subjugation and conquest of the West. It is suicidal to believe that our pluralistic, open, immeasurably beneficial, productive, ingenious, freedom-loving way of life is argument enough to win over those who want nothing of our virtues and values. It is simply not so, and the ongoing decline of almost every major European country, not to mention already-conquered Islamic strongholds in America like Dearborn and Minneapolis, should have opened everyone’s eyes.
Ayaan Hirsi Ali’s long essay, entitled “What Mohammed Atta Was Trying To Tell Us” lays it all out in dreary detail, making this sobering anniversary a pivot point. As disturbing as reality might be, we must as a country admit the barbarians are well within our gates now and pouring in at an exponentially increasing rate. We must elect those who will take every possible step to resoundingly contain & eject this cancer; OR prepare to see the end of America and all she represents, sooner rather than later.
Unfortunately, the outlook for serious resistance and renaissance is grim, judging by the choice New Yorkers (of all people!) have made for their Mayor, the living embodiment of history’s two most deadly ideologies-Marxism and Islamism.
