UPDATE 7/23/26: A key development that would make all the difference in the Middle East would be those Arab states under attack by Iran seeing in Israel a permanent ally, not an enemy. The problem remains that much of radical Islam populating those states defines itself by its hatred for infidels, Jews in particular and is blind to the possibility of peaceful co-existence with Israel. The idea of the enemy of my enemy being my friend isn’t taking there. Add to that the sobering reality that many of them would, given the chance, be just as toxic as Iran, given the power and influence.

UPDATE 7/25/26: A Liberal friend mentioned viewing the 2025 documentary about Jacinda Ardern which, to her dismay, depicts a passionately angry segment of the Kiwi population which continues to loathe the woman. This typical Lib’s consternation comes as no surprise as Leftists everywhere welcomed/fully approved of the Covid sledge hammer brought down on the most basic human rights by governments worldwide, all for the “common good” of course as all Marxist tyrants claim. After all, didn’t it get rid of Trump, albeit temporarily?
